Nexora Technologies is seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to help shape and execute our online growth strategy. You'll be responsible for building awareness, generating leads, and optimizing performance across multiple digital channels.

🔹 Responsibilities

• Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social, email, etc.)

• Manage Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns

• Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and report on KPIs

• Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create compelling assets

• Optimize landing pages and conversion paths for lead generation

• Conduct A/B testing and continuously improve campaign ROI

• Manage marketing automation tools and CRM integrations

• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and algorithm updates

🔹 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing

• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools

• Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign)

• Experience running lead generation campaigns in B2B or tech industries

• Excellent copywriting, campaign planning, and project management skills

• Fluent in English with strong communication abilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• Certification in Google Ads or HubSpot

• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge

• Experience with content marketing or video marketing

• Familiarity with A/B testing tools like Optimizely or VWO
