These Service Guidelines apply to all freelancers, service providers, and companies using the Pêwisty platform (“Freelancers”). By offering services on Pêwisty, you agree to comply with these Guidelines in addition to our Terms & Conditions and Trust & Safety Policy.Pêwisty is a third-party connection platform only.
- Pêwisty does NOT employ freelancers
- Pêwisty does NOT guarantee work, income, or payments
- Pêwisty does NOT act as an agent, broker, or representative
Freelancers must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information, including:
- Skills and experience
- Service descriptions
- Pricing expectations
- Availability
- Portfolio or past work
- Location and business details
If you upload or present:
- Licenses
- Certificates
- Diplomas
- Company documents
- Professional qualifications
Freelancers are expected to:
- Perform services professionally and responsibly
- FCommunicate clearly and honestly with clients
- Complete agreed work to the best of their ability
Pêwisty is NOT involved in payments.
- All pricing, payment terms, and methods are agreed directly with the client
- You are responsible for collecting payment
- Pêwisty does NOT mediate payment disputes
- Late payment, underpayment, or non-payment is not Pêwisty’s responsibility
- Pêwisty does NOT provide references, endorsements, or guaranteest
- Your profile and reviews do NOT represent certification by Pêwisty
- Clients decide independently whether to work with you
Freelancers must:
- Communicate respectfully and professionally
- Avoid harassment, threats, or abusive behavior
- Not pressure clients into payment or agreements
Freelancers must NOT:
- Engage in fraud or scams
- Misrepresent identity or services
- Create multiple or fake accounts
- Attempt to deceive clients
- Use the platform for illegal purposes
If Pêwisty receives:
- Multiple complaints
- Evidence of misconduct
- Reports of fake documents or deception
We may:
- Review your account
- Restrict visibility
- Suspend or permanently close your account
You acknowledge that:
- You are solely responsible for your services
- You handle taxes, permits, and legal obligations
- You bear all risks related to your work
You agree that:
- Any dispute with clients is handled directly
- You will not hold Pêwisty legally responsible
- You will indemnify Pêwisty against claims arising from your services
Pêwisty connects people — it does not manage outcomes.Your reputation, success, and responsibility are entirely yours.
