- We do NOT act as an employer, agent, broker, guarantor, or representative
- We do NOT provide references, endorsements, or recommendations
- We do NOT supervise, manage, or control services
- We do NOT guarantee service quality, completion, or outcomes
Pêwisty is NOT involved in any payment process.
- We do NOT collect, hold, transfer, process, or mediate payments
- All payments are handled directly between Clients and Freelancers
- Payment disputes, underpayment, non-payment, or overpayment are NOT our responsibility
- Pêwisty accepts NO liability for any financial loss
- Any payment-related issue must be resolved directly between the involved parties
Pêwisty assumes NO responsibility for service performance, including but not limited to:
- Poor-quality work
- Incomplete or unfinished services
- Missed deadlines
- Lack of professional skills
- Failure to meet expectations
Pêwisty does NOT take responsibility for fraud, scams, or deceptive behavior, including but not limited to:
- Fake job offers
- False promises
- Payment fraud
- Identity misuse
- Misleading service descriptions
Freelancers and companies are solely responsible for the authenticity of:
- Licenses
- Certificates
- Diplomas
- Professional documents
- Company registration documents
We openly recognize that:
- Some freelancers may perform poorly or fail to complete work
- Some clients may provide false information or refuse full payment
Pêwisty explicitly warns BOTH parties:
- Clients must be honest about job scope, expectations, and payment
- Freelancers must provide accurate information and perform responsibly
While we do not intervene in individual disputes, we reserve the right to act if abuse is reported. If evidence indicates:
- Fraudulent intent
- Repeated misconduct
- Fake profiles or documents
- Harmful or malicious platform use
Users may NOT hold Pêwisty legally responsible for:
- User behavior
- Service outcomes
- Financial losses
- Misrepresentation
- Disputes or disagreements
Pêwisty is a meeting point — not a guarantor.
