Virtual Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Virtual Assistant to provide administrative, operational, and customer support from a remote location. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage calendars, appointments, and emails

Schedule meetings and coordinate virtual conferences

Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone

Perform data entry and maintain databases and records

Conduct internet research and compile findings

Create reports, presentations, and spreadsheets

Manage social media accounts and schedule posts (if applicable)

Book travel arrangements and accommodations

Handle invoicing, billing, and other basic bookkeeping tasks

Assist with project management and follow-ups
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong time management and organizational abilities

Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools

Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana) is a plus
